Trina Hill
P3 Strategist/Advisor
A 20-year veteran in developing and creating strategies in disaster recovery programs and business results. She’s a Technical Leader for the Finance & Treasury Function. She is responsible providing strategy and overall execution of Finance and Treasury (including payments) products for Synchrony. Trina spent over 20 years creating strategies to implement disaster recovery programs, developing electrical grid security systems, developing products, transforming teams, and driving simplification efforts for IBM, Fiserv, Georgia Pacific, GE and Synchrony. In addition to her new role, Trina continues to serve as Executive Steering Committee Member of for Synchrony’s African American Network. In addition to her role at Synchrony, she also owns TLH Consulting where she provides coaching and consulting services.
Trina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Leadership and Business Administration from the University of Georgia, and she holds numerous certifications in the areas of disaster recovery, business continuity, program management, and agile.
Trina has a passion for learning and providing life and business coaching to not only her peers, African American Network family members, University of Georgia mentees, and so many others. Trina has a heart for others which shines through her service both inside and outside of the Synchrony. She serves as a Board Advisor for Working Women Worship, a non-profit organization focused on the spiritual and professional development of women.
In her past time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son traveling, enjoying sports, especially UGA football, and serving others.
