I’ve been an entrepreneur most of my adult life. In fact, I left my 6 year stint in corporate America in 1995 and started my first company; a training and development company focused on non-profit organizations, municipalities and some small businesses.
In 2001 the company was producing results for our happy clients, but something wasn’t quite right. I wasn’t sure what it was, but something felt off for me. Starting a business was something I’d done deliberately in the spirit of doing what I loved and being passionate about it. I expected my heart to sing about the work and it wasn’t even humming more less singing. So, to find answers, I created a 3-month intensive and threw myself into it headfirst with the intention to cleanse and clear out all the clutter of doing things that wasn’t producing results. I called it the mind, body, spirit cleanse. It’s design was purposeful in silencing outside noises so I could look deep within to hear my heart's desire, and what God wanted from me. This cleanse is now called P3 ReDominate that you can read about on this website.
While fully emersed in the redominate process, and doing the work, it became crystal clear that I was meant to empower women but not in conventional ways. The vision initially was “every woman lives a life of power, passion and dreams come true.” And we did some of that. But today, the vision has grown into powerful women leading profitable businesses for a better performing world. Quite a leap from our vision years ago. It has grown expansively. I’m very proud of the journey, but I have to say, I’m not the woman I was that day I thought to create a business in 1995 or even in 2001. I believe every biz/life women needs to develop a muscle and hunger to constantly evolve. I had a desire to grow and in surprising ways into this extraordinary business woman who really understands business, the grit it takes to achieve goals and the evolution required to step into your value, worth and destiny. So I lead by example. We look for women with a hunger for growth to impact their family and community..
