Diverse Collaboration

When the color wheel includes all of the colors in the crayon box, the canvas can receive anything that the mind can conceive.

My greatest successes have come because of diverse contributions and collaboration. I recently interviewed 4 candidates from different parts of the world with different points of view and unique experiences. I learned a lot in a few short weeks just by listening to their journey.

It made me think of how success has happened for the company over the years. And it became clear that it was because of new and fresh ideas, outside of me, from others who shared a common vision, and who dared to dream big.

Diverse Collaboration is when all colors have the freedom to come to the canvas freely and paint . . .that’s when the beautiful masterpiece just takes your breath away!
