Age does not protect you from love . . .

I believe love to be the most powerful emotion.
I can say from personal experience that when I love from the heart, the sun shines a little brighter and the glow radiates from my whole body; at least that’s what I’m told.

We have to mindful of where we put our attention because it can have a huge effect on how we feel and how we’re seen! Try it! I would bet that if you spread a little love, your whole day will change.
